Have a Cold Beverage on Us

Click the Vending Machine.

One of the most amazing things about visiting Japan are the vending machines. Found conveniently everywhere, and filled with the most delicious, thirst-quenching drinks, I spent so much time (and money) in front of these babies. We are proud to present to you, your very own Yo vending machine. Complete with soft drinks inspired by the Japanese diaspora, this vending machine provides you with a fun drink, and a little tidbit about where it's from. We invite you to grab a cold one, on us.

Inca Kola!

This “Golden Kola” was created in 1935 in Peru. Just like this iconic golden soda, you are sweet and bright (like fruits and bubblegum). You are in popular demand (this soda is literally everywhere in Peru), and once someone gets a taste of you, they certainly know why!

Ramune!

A beloved summer drink in Japan, this soda has a unique bottle neck (Codd neck). Just like the bottle’s design, you are ingenuitive, creative, and iconic. Although folks might find you initially difficult to understand (bottlenecks can be tough for some), you bring so much joy and flavor to people’s life, you become an immediate favorite.

Wong Lo Kat

You are a true classic. You are an old soul that loves tradition, and usually the simple things in life bring you the most joy. Not much else needs to be said except you will be a favorite for generations and generations to come.

Hawaiian Sun!

You are a blast! You bring all the fun to a group, and always liven things up. Just like POG is a mix of three refreshing and delicious fruit, you are a mix of liveliness, sweet, and fun. You always bring out the best in people!

Guarana!

You are Guarana! A popular Brazilian soft drink, you are an energizing and effervescent presence. You are unique, and internationally loved!

Shikuwasa Fanta!

You are RARE. Like the shikuwasa (a lime-ish fruit native to Okinawa), you are a rare fruit, but you are flavorful and brilliant in any dish! People come from all over just to try a taste, and you’re no different. Folks love you for your uniqueness and originality. You bring an extra punch wherever you go.

Calpico!

You are Calpico, or Calpis. Folks love you no matter what form you are in (concentrated, soda, diluted, etc.). Although you may not always look appetizing, you are an undeniably delicious and fun person/drink.
